steps;-

1.       Extract all the files and copy folder named “NaviSEA” into your memory card
2.       Then find “navitotal!M9SEA.apk” and install it on the phone
3.       Downlad latest map from MFM and copy into navisea>>map (with direct 1 folder, delete the other duplicate folder)
4.       Your are done install papago m9 into your android
